All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

International Shipping

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Vitarola Nutrition is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.
